Regional Properties offer a dedicated property management service. Our residential management services team take great pride in providing comfortable and secure homes on a national basis. From the management and administration of residential blocks, to their refurbishment, upkeep, letting and budget control. Our property management agents look after the comprehensive realty management process.
Property services include:

Our Commercial Management property services cover a wide variety of properties, from lock-up shops to town centre schemes, small warehouses to major industrial estates and from office suites to multi-occupied high rise office blocks. The service we offer is truly flexible and ranges from full portfolio management including rent and service charge collection, repairs, lease renewals and re-letting, to a database function purely recording and actioning lease details. Our comprehensive national coverage allows us to administer portfolios of property located throughout the India whilst maintaining a centralised one-stop reporting service to our clients through a dedicated Account Manager. We also provide an accounting/payment service whereby we can account for mortgage repayments from rental income received.
